How long does a detection take?

BnBDetector is built for speed. Most reports are generated in under 10 seconds, and many complete even faster than that.

When you enter an address and run a detection, our system locates the property, deep-scans short-term rental activity nearby, calculates the BnBIndex score, and assembles the report - all on demand. There is no queue or waiting list; your report is generated immediately.

In rare cases, a detection may take slightly longer if the address is in a region with slower response times. Even in these cases, the process typically completes within 15-20 seconds.

Once your report is ready, it is saved to your account automatically. You can revisit it at any time from your dashboard.
