• BnBIndex score (0-100): The headline number that tells you how heavily the area is impacted by short-term rentals.
• Area category: Descriptive labels that summarize the character of the area at a glance - 🌳 Local Haven (0-9), 🏡 Residential Core (10-30), 🎒 Mixed Community (31-58), or 🏨 BnB Dominated (59-100).
• Listing count: The total number of active short-term rental listings detected nearby.
• Last checked date: The timestamp showing when the data was last scanned.
• PDF download: Export your report for offline use or sharing.

Explorer plan adds:

• Narrative insights about neighborhood activity, guest profile, rental types, and host standards.

Nomad plan adds:

• 8-factor risk assessment (noise, turnover, party risk, host quality, price tier, guest volume, saturation, regulation risk).
• Price range and property type charts.

Pro plan adds:
