What information will I see in a report?
Every BnBDetector report is designed to give you a clear, actionable snapshot of short-term rental activity at a specific address. All plans deliver the same simplified report:
- BnBIndex score (0-100): The headline number that tells you how heavily the area is impacted by short-term rentals.
- Active Airbnbs nearby: The number of active short-term rental listings detected near the address.
- Area category: A label that summarizes the character of the area at a glance - Local Haven (0-9), Residential Core (10-30), Mixed Community (31-58), or BnB Dominated (59-100).
- Plain-language verdict: A short sentence that explains what the score means for everyday living.
- Activity scale: A quiet-to-busy scale showing where the address sits between residential and Airbnb-heavy.
- Last checked date: When available, the timestamp showing when the data was last scanned.
What changes by plan is workflow, not report content: Starter is 10 one-time reports; Max and Ultra add monthly volume, free reCHECK, and richer dashboard history (including browse by city and country).
All reports are saved to your account so you can revisit past results at any time.
