BnBDetector.com is an analytics tool that provides users with a "BnBIndex" - a proprietary score indicating the concentration of short-term rental properties in a given building or area. Lower index scores indicate locations more suitable for long-term living, while higher scores indicate greater short-term rental activity. Our service provides instant analysis reports displayed on-screen for individual property addresses globally.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
3.1 Account Creation
Users can access our service by creating an account through social login (Google authentication). You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Reports
Reports represent the number of individual property addresses you can analyze. Report allowances vary by plan:
- One-time plans: reports are granted once and never expire
- Subscription plans: reports reset monthly on your billing cycle date. Unused reports do not roll over to the following month
4.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to our and Paddle's terms and conditions.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and should be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase. Refunds may be refused if we see evidence of fraud, manipulation, or abusive behavior.
Because the service is delivered digitally, once report generation begins, delivery is considered complete and the statutory right to cancel expires.
