What data does BnBDetector analyze?
BnBDetector focuses on the signal that matters most for long-term living: how many active short-term rentals are operating near the address.
When you run a detection, our system:
- Locates the address you entered
- Scans active short-term rental listings nearby
- Counts how many Airbnbs (and similar listings) are detected in that area
- Maps that listing presence to a BnBIndex score from 0 to 100
Your report shows the BnBIndex, the nearby listing count, an area category, a plain-language verdict, and an activity scale. That keeps the result fast, clear, and easy to compare across addresses worldwide.
