What is reDETECT?

reDETECT is a feature available to Nomad and Pro subscribers that lets you refresh any previously scanned address with the latest listing data.

Short-term rental activity changes over time - new listings appear, others are removed, and occupancy patterns shift. If you scanned an address weeks or months ago, the data may no longer reflect the current situation. reDETECT solves this by running a fresh detection on the same address and updating your report.

How it works:

Open any existing report from your dashboard.
Click the reDETECT button.
A new detection runs with fresh data, and your report is updated with the latest BnBIndex score and insights.
Each reDETECT uses 1 report from your monthly balance.

This is especially useful before making a final decision on a property - run a reDETECT right before signing a lease to make sure the short-term rental situation has not changed since your last check.
