• reDETECT - refresh any report with fresh data
• Full report history with city and country filtering

Pro:

Everything in Nomad, plus:

• Interactive map with all nearby listing locations pinned
• Host profile analysis (Superhost percentage, average ratings, review counts)
• Top nearby listings with prices and ratings
• Estimated annual guest activity
• Extended market data and insights

If you are checking a few addresses before signing a lease, Explorer is a great starting point. If you are actively relocating or comparing multiple cities, Nomad gives you the detailed analysis you need. Pro is built for professionals and agencies who need the full picture.
