Lower index scores indicate quieter locations more suitable for long-term living, while higher scores indicate greater noisy short-term rental activity. Our service provides instant analysis reports displayed on-screen for individual property addresses globally.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
3.1 Account Creation
Users can access our service by creating an account through social login (Google authentication via NextAuth.js). You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Detection Credits
- Detection credits represent the number of individual property addresses you can analyze per month
- Credits reset monthly on your billing cycle date
- Unused credits do not roll over to the following month
4.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Polar.sh. By subscribing, you agree to our and Polar.sh's terms and conditions.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.3 Refunds
Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion for technical issues that prevent service access. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with results, changes in personal circumstances, or user error. All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Service Content
All content, including but not limited to BnBIndex algorithms, reports, analysis, and proprietary data, remains our exclusive property. Users receive only a limited, non-transferable license to access and view reports for their personal or business use.
