What information will I see in a report?

Every BnBDetector report is designed to give you a clear, actionable snapshot of short-term rental activity at a specific address. Here is what you will find in a typical report:

BnBIndex score (0–100): The headline number that tells you how heavily the building is impacted by short-term rentals. A low score (0–30) means the building is mostly residential and quiet. A high score (71–100) means significant short-term rental activity and potential noise issues.

Building tags: Descriptive labels that summarize the character of the building at a glance. Examples include 🏡 Residential Core (predominantly long-term residents), 🎒 Mixed Community (a blend of residents and short-term guests), and 🏨 Short-Term-Dominated (the building functions more like a hotel than a residential property).

Last checked date: The timestamp showing when the data was last scanned. This helps you understand how fresh the information is and whether you might want to run a re-check before making a final decision.

All reports are saved to your account dashboard, so you can compare multiple addresses side by side and revisit past reports at any time.
