How much does it cost to use BnBDetector?

BnBDetector offers flexible pricing plans designed to fit different needs — from individual renters checking a handful of addresses to agencies and investors running hundreds of detections per month.

We currently offer three subscription plans:

• Base Weekly — $9: Includes 50 detections. Ideal for individual renters who need to check a few buildings before signing a lease.
• Pro — $30: Includes 250 detections. Designed for property agents, investors, and frequent movers who need to evaluate multiple addresses regularly.
• Business — $50: Includes 600 detections. Built for teams, agencies, and organizations that need high-volume access to BnBDetector's data.

Each detection costs one credit. For example, on the Pro plan you have 250 credits to use each billing period. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from the Customer Portal link in your payment confirmation emails.
