How do detections work?

BnBDetector uses a simple detection-based system. Every time you run a detection — that is, every time you enter an address and receive a BnBIndex report — it costs one detection from your balance.

The number of detections you receive depends on your plan. The Explorer plan includes 100 detections per month, and the Pro / Teams plan includes 500. Starter detections (20) are one-time and never expire.

For subscription plans, detections are tied to your billing cycle. When your plan renews, your detection balance resets to the full amount included in your plan. Unused subscription detections do not roll over to the next period.

You can track your remaining detections from your dashboard at any time. If you find yourself running low, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan to get more detections.

Re-checking an address that you have already scanned will also use one detection, since BnBDetector fetches fresh, real-time data for every detection to ensure accuracy.
