Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes - you can cancel your BnBDetector subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees or penalties. We believe in keeping things simple and transparent.

To cancel, you have two options:

• Dashboard settings: Go to your dashboard, open Settings, and manage your subscription directly.
• Customer Portal: Use the Customer Portal link included in your payment confirmation emails to cancel or downgrade.

After cancellation, you will retain full access to BnBDetector for the remainder of your current billing cycle. For example, if you cancel halfway through a monthly period, you can continue using your remaining detections until the period ends. Once the billing cycle expires, your subscription will not renew.

If you change your mind, you can resubscribe at any time by choosing a new plan from the pricing page. Your saved reports and account history will still be available.
